    2 tsp.Hy-Vee baking powder
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee baking soda
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    3 tbsp.Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2Hy-Vee large eggs, lightly beaten
    3 c.buttermilk
    4 tbsp.Hy-Vee butter, melted
    ½ tsp.butter

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
    2. Add eggs, buttermilk and melted butter; whisk until smooth.
    3. Bake on hot, lightly greased griddle using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook until golden.
