Berry Margarita Pop
Servings and Ingredients
|3 oz. orange liquor, such as triple sec or Cointreau|
|2 oz. tequila, such as tequila blanco|
|1 c. 0% Fage Greek yogurt|
|1 c. Hy-Vee very berry blend|
|2 to 3 tbsp sugar or sugar substitute|
- Add ingredients to a blender pitcher in the order listed. Pulse to chop fruit. Continue to puree until smooth.
- Transfer to into popsicle molds or 3-ounce paper cups. Freeze for 1 hour. Insert popsicle sticks into molds and freeze completely, at least 4 hours.
- To serve, dip bottoms of molds or cups into warm water to melt and loosen sides of popsicle molds.
