    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee salted butter, softened
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee powdered sugar
    2 tbsp. blueberries
    2 tbsp. blackberries
    2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
    ½ tsp. lemon zest

    Directions

    1. Beat butter and powdered sugar with an electric mixer on medium until light and fluggy. Beat in blueberries, blackberries, fresh rosemary, and fresh lemon zest. 

    2. Shape butter mixture into a log on plastic wrap. Wrap tightly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into slices and serve as desired.
