    1. Combine cream cheese, blue gelatin, blueberries, blackberries, Medjool dates in a food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional blueberries and/or blackberries, if desired. Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Serve with vanilla wafer cookies or fresh fruit.
