    ¼ c. fresh raspberries
    ¼ c. fresh blueberries
    1 fresh mint leaf, chopped
    6 oz. Hy-Vee club soda

    Directions

    1. In a glass or blender bottle, mix BCAA powder and water together thoroughly. Add raspberries, blueberries, and mint; muddle together with a muddler or spoon. Top with club soda and serve over ice, if desired.
