Beet and Goat Cheese Heart Stacks
There's something about this earthy-sweet combination that's easy to love.
Servings and Ingredients
|6 pickled beet slices|
|½ (4 oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee Select garlic and herbs fresh goat cheese|
|chopped Hy-Vee salted pistachios|
- Cut heart shapes out of pickled beet slices using a 1-inch cutter. Spread softened goat cheese on four of the heart-shaped beet slices. Create two stacks, alternating beet slices with cheese. If desired, sprinkle with chopped pistachios on top.
