    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee pineapple juice, chilled
    1 ½ oz. bourbon whiskey
    1 (12-oz.) bottle wheat beer, chilled

    Directions

    1. Thread pineapple chunks onto 3 wooden skewers. Place skewers on a baking sheet and freeze for several hours or overnight.

    2. In a small pitcher, combine pineapple juice and whiskey. Slowly add beer. Serve immediately with frozen pineapple skewers.
