    ½ lbs. extra-lean ground beef
    ¼ c. chopped onion
    ¾ c. water
    1 Hy-Vee beef bouillon cube
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    6 oz. Hy-Vee wide egg noodles, uncooked
    chopped fresh parsley, optional

    Directions

    1. In a small saucepan, cook beef and onion until meat is thoroughly cooked and onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
    2. Add water, bouillon cube and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring to dissolve bouillon.
    3. Stir in mushrooms and reduce heat.
    4. Stir together sour cream and flour. Add to beef mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens. Do not boil.
    5. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
    6. Toss hot noodles and sauce. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
