    3 lbs.cube steak, cut into strips
    1(12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee large egg noodles
    ½medium Vidalia onion, chopped
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee black pepper
    1(4 oz) can Hy-Vee stems and pieces mushrooms, drained
    1(12 oz) jar Hy-Vee beef gravy
    1(8 oz) container Hy-Vee sour cream

    Directions

    1. Cook and drain steak.
    2. Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package directions.
    3. Add onions and pepper to meat and sauté over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes.
    4. Reduce heat to low and stir in mushrooms, gravy and sour cream. Let simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
    5. Serve over hot noodles.
