    1 c. Hy-Vee nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
    1 tsp. adobo sauce from can of chipotle peppers
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin
    1 lbs. Hy-Vee Meat Department certified ground chuck
    6 whole wheat slider buns, split
    1 ½ slice(s) Hy-Vee mild Cheddar cheese slices, cut into 6 squares

    Directions

    1. Combine yogurt, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce and cumin in a small bowl; stir. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

    2. For outdoor grilling, heat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.

    3. Shape beef into 6 (3-in. dia.) patties. Cook beef patties on outdoor grill or in a grill pan over medium heat for 10 to 14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F, turning once halfway through cooking.

    4. Spread 1/2 Tbsp. chipotle yogurt sauce on the cut sides of each top and bottom bun. Serve beef patties on buns. Top each patty with a square of Cheddar cheese. Reserve remaining chipotle yogurt sauce for another use.
