    1 lbs. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tbsp. margarine
    ½ c. uncooked rice
    1 can(s) chicken noodle soup
    1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
    bread crumbs, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
    2. Add margarine, rice, chicken noodle soup and cream of mushroom soup.
    3. Place in greased casserole. Top with bread crumbs.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
