    3 oz. Di Lusso Deli roast beef, cut into bite-size strips
    ½ tsp. Sriracha sauce, plus additional for serving
    1 Hy-Vee Short Cuts hard-boiled egg, halved
    Hy-Vee black pepper, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Prepare beef flavored ramen noodles according to package directions; use half of seasoning packet and add frozen Asian vegetables during the last 1 minute of cooking. Reserve remaining of seasoning packet for another use. Stir in roast beef and Sriracha; transfer noodle mixture to a serving bowl. Top with hard boiled egg. Serve with additional Sriracha and black pepper, if desired.
