    ¼ c. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee soy sauce
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee onion powder
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ⅓ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    1 ½ lbs. beef bottom round, thinly sliced

    • 2 large resealable plastic bags
    • Dehydrator

    Directions

    1. Combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, liquid smoke, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Add beef. Seal bag and refrigerate overnight.

    2. Dry in dehydrator according to manufacturer's directions.

    3. Cool to room temperature. Transfer to a plastic bag and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
