    1 (3 oz) pkg ramen noodles, discard seasoning packet
    1 c. Hy-Vee Select frozen Baja roasted corn blend vegetables
    2 tbsp. canned Hy-Vee chopped green chilies
    4 oz. cooked beef strips
    1 ½ tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add ramen noodles, frozen vegetables and green chilies and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with beef strips and cilantro.
