- Wooden craft sticks
- Aluminum foil
Pour 10-oz. water over frozen watermelon layer, filling pops 2/3 full. Cover with foil and insert wooden sticks into the center of each mold. Fold another 4 hours or until frozen and firm.
Combine 1 scoop Freedom BCAA powder with remaining 10-oz. water. Uncover molds and pour over frozen water layer until full. Freeze another 4 hours or until completely frozen.
To remove pops, dip molds in warm water until the sides release and the pop is easily removed from the mold.
