Whisk together 1 cup cold coconut water and BCAA powder in bowl until powder is dissolved. Slowly whisk in gelatin mixture. Whisk in agave nectar; tint with desired food coloring.
Pour mixture into lightly greased 9x9-inch baking pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Cut into 16 squares to serve. Store covered in refrigerator.
