    2 c. Hy-Vee unsweetened coconut water, divided
    3 tbsp. unflavored gelatin powder
    ⅓ c. Performance Inspired tropical mango delight BCAA powder
    2 tbsp. agave nectar
    Hy-Vee food coloring, optional

    Directions

    1. Microwave 1 cup coconut water on HIGH for 30 to 60 seconds or until hot. Stir in gelatin powder until dissolved. 

    2. Whisk together 1 cup cold coconut water and BCAA powder in bowl until powder is dissolved. Slowly whisk in gelatin mixture. Whisk in agave nectar; tint with desired food coloring. 

    3. Pour mixture into lightly greased 9x9-inch baking pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Cut into 16 squares to serve. Store covered in refrigerator.
