    2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 tsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    ½ tsp. ground cumin
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    4 well-trimmed beef T-bone steaks, cut 1-inch thick

    Directions

    1. Combine brown sugar, oregano, chili powder, ground cumin and garlic powder in a small bowl. Rub mixture over all sides of steaks, dividing mixture among steaks. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature. Meat can also be rubbed and refrigerated up to four hours before grilling.
    2. Grill steak 12 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness, turning halfway though grilling time.
