    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. water
    ¼ c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. ketchup
    ¼ c. brown sugar
    ¼ c. Worcestershire sauce


    1. Mix onion, chili powder, water, vinegar, salt, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce together.
    2. Place ribs in a large baking dish. Pour sauce ingredients over.
    3. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Slit with holes to vent.
    4. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 to 6 hours.
