    2 lbs.Hy-Vee Angus Reserve boneless beef bottom round roast
    1 c.Hy-Vee beef broth
    1 c.red wine
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee apple cider vinegar
    Hy-Vee barbecue sauce, to taste
    8Hy-Vee baking stone Asiago buns
    2 c.Hy-Vee shredded coleslaw mix

      Directions

      1. In a medium saute pan, sear all sides of roast over medium-high heat. Place roast, beef broth, wine and apple cider vinegar in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
      2. Drain beef and shred with two forks, discarding liquid. Toss beef with barbecue sauce. Place BBQ beef on bottom bun and top with coleslaw mix and top bun.
