Directions
In a food processor or blender, combine basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice and zest, and pine nuts. Pulse until a smooth paste forms. While machine is running, slowly add olive oil until desired consistency is reached. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with desired amount of sauce. Garnish with additional grated Parmesan and crushed red pepper, if desired. Serve wings with remaining sauce.
