Servings and Ingredients
|½ c. orange juice (or other juice)|
|½ to 1 cup fresh fruit (such as strawberries in early summer)|
|½ c. vanilla or plain yogurt|
|¼ to 1/2 cup ice|
- Place all ingredients in a blender and whirl up for breakfast or a snack.
