Barbecued Tempeh Sandwiches
Servings and Ingredients
|16 oz.||tempeh, thawed|
|18 oz.||barbecue sauce|
|1||large onion, halved and thinly sliced|
|1||green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced|
- Cut tempeh into small cubes. Place in crockpot along with barbecue sauce, onion and green pepper. Stir well to combine ingredients.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Toast hamburger buns. Put 1/2 cup filling in each to serve.
