    ¾ c. Hy-Vee barbecue sauce
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    1 lbs. Hormel 1-1/4-inch thick-cut pork loin chops, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
    1 large green pepper, seeded, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
    1 large onion, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
    2 medium yellow zucchini squash, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces

    Directions

    1. Stir together barbecue sauce and sour cream. Add pork chops. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Seal. Marinate in refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, turning once.
    2. Thread kabob skewers with pork, bell pepper, onion and squash pieces. Repeat once, ending with pork. Discard any remaining sauce
    3. Place kabobs on grill over medium heat.
    4. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn. Cook an additional 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
