    ¾ lbs. ground beef
    ½ c. barbecue sauce
    1 tbsp. minced onion
    2 tbsp. brown sugar
    1 packet(s) refrigerated biscuits
    ¾ c. shredded mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef. Drain.
    2. Add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar to meat.
    3. Put biscuits in muffin tins. Work dough up sides of tins, leaving a well in middle.
    4. Spoon ground beef mixture into biscuit cups. Top with cheese.
    5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
