    ½ c. margarine, softened
    1 ½ c. sugar
    2 eggs
    ¾ c. sour cream
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    ½ tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    ½ c. chopped nuts, optional
    powdered sugar frosting, optional


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, sour cream, bananas and vanilla.
    3. In separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. Beat into creamed mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into jelly roll pan.
    4. Bake for 25 minutes. If desired, frost with powdered sugar frosting while warm.
