    1 ½ c. water
    ¾ c. quinoa
    2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    2 ripe bananas
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Delecta sweetener
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. Bring water and quinoa to a boil in saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
    2. Meanwhile, blend milk, bananas and sweetener in blender until smooth.
    3. Pour milk mixture into cooked quinoa.
    4. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently about 5 minutes or until thick and creamy.
    5. Stir in vanilla and serve warm.
