2 bananas, mashed | ||
¾ c. buttermilk | ||
1 tsp. vanilla | ||
2 c. flour | ||
1 tsp. baking soda | ||
cream cheese frosting |
Directions
- Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, buttermilk and vanilla. Fold in flour and baking soda. Pour into a greased 12-by-18-inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- When cooled, frost with cream cheese frosting, if desired.
