    2 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
    2 medium ripe bananas, cut into 1/2-inch rounds
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select maple syrup, divided
    ½ c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats
    ½ c. crushed Hy-Vee graham crackers
    ⅓ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee butter
    cinnamon ice cream, optional

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. In an 8-by-8-inch baking dish, toss apples and bananas with 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine oatmeal, graham crackers, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles small peas. Sprinkle oat mixture on top of fruit. Drizzle with remaining tablespoon maple syrup.
    4. Cover dish with foil and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    5. Serve warm with cinnamon ice cream if desired.
