    5 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    ⅓ c. chopped onion
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    2 ¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    1 (8 ounce) package Hy-Vee shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    6 oz. Hy-Vee egg-free extra-wide ribbons, cooked, drained
    1 (5 ounce) can Hy-Vee tuna in water, drained
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee frozen peas

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and sauté onion in butter over medium heat until tender. Blend in flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk and season with salt and pepper; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and gradually stir in cheese, stirring until melted.
    2. Add prepared pasta, tuna and peas to cheese sauce mixture. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
