    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select chili-flavored olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    ¼ c. jalapeño pepper jelly
    ⅛ tsp. Jamaican jerk seasoning
    4 (4 oz each) tilapia fillets
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil. Add garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in jelly and seasoning. Cook until jelly is melted.
    2. Meanwhile, place fillets in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Drizzle jelly mixture over fillets.
    3. Bake uncovered for 10 to 13 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
