|2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select chili-flavored olive oil|
|2 garlic cloves, minced|
|¼ c. jalapeño pepper jelly|
|⅛ tsp. Jamaican jerk seasoning|
|4 (4 oz each) tilapia fillets|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil. Add garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in jelly and seasoning. Cook until jelly is melted.
- Meanwhile, place fillets in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Drizzle jelly mixture over fillets.
- Bake uncovered for 10 to 13 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
