Directions
Combine sour cream, dried dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl; cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Using a mandolin, slice sweet potatoes 1/8-inch-thick. Pat dry with a paper towel. Toss with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper; place in a single layer on two lined baking sheets.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
