Baked Spinach and Gouda Dip

1 (10 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen chopped spinach, thawed | ||
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened | ||
¾ c. light mayonnaise | ||
1 ¾ c. shredded Beemster Gouda cheese | ||
¼ c. finely chopped onion | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
½ tsp. Italian seasoning | ||
1 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain spinach and press between paper towels to remove excess moisture. In medium bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Gouda cheese, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper to taste and hot sauce. Stir in spinach.
- Spoon into 1-quart quiche dish or pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers, baguette slices or pita chips.
