    1 lbs. ground beef
    1 ½ tsp. salt
    onion powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 c. tomato juice
    ½ (1.25 ounces) package Hy-Vee chili seasoning
    1 c. water
    garlic salt
    8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
    1 c. grated cheese

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef, salt, onion powder and pepper. Drain.
    2. Add tomato juice, half the package of chili mix, water and garlic salt. Mix.
    3. Break spaghetti into pieces and place in bottom of 9-by-13-inch pan.
    4. Pour meat/tomato sauce over broken spaghetti.
    5. Sprinkle with cheese.
    6. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    7. Uncover. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
