    ¾ c.Hy-Vee original soymilk
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee butter, melted
    1Hy-Vee large egg
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ¾ c.Hy-Vee flour
    ¼ c.soy flour
    2 tsp.Hy-Vee baking powder
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee ground nutmeg
    Hy-Vee pancake syrup, optional

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, beat together milk, butter and egg. Stir in sugar.
    2. Gradually beat in flours. Stir in baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into a greased 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
    3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve with Hy-Vee pancake syrup if desired.
