4 (8-inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortillas | ||
⅔ c. chopped green pepper | ||
2 tbsp. chopped white onion | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese, divided | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee salsa |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine refried beans and salsa con queso in a medium bowl.
- Place one tortilla on an ungreased cookie sheet. Spread half of the refried bean mixture evenly across tortilla. Top with another tortilla.
- Place green pepper, onion and 1/2 cup of cheese on top of second tortilla. Top with third tortilla.
- Add remaining refried bean mixture to third tortilla. Top with last tortilla.
- Top tortilla stack with remaining cheese and salsa.
- Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
