    1 c. Hy-Vee vegetarian refried beans
    ½ c. Hy-Vee salsa con queso
    4 (8-inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    ⅔ c. chopped green pepper
    2 tbsp. chopped white onion
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    ½ c. Hy-Vee salsa

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine refried beans and salsa con queso in a medium bowl.
    3. Place one tortilla on an ungreased cookie sheet. Spread half of the refried bean mixture evenly across tortilla. Top with another tortilla.
    4. Place green pepper, onion and 1/2 cup of cheese on top of second tortilla. Top with third tortilla.
    5. Add remaining refried bean mixture to third tortilla. Top with last tortilla.
    6. Top tortilla stack with remaining cheese and salsa.
    7. Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
