butter, to grease pan
2 eggs
½ c. water
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. cornstarch
½ to 1 c. sugar
cinnamon, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8-by-8-inch pan with butter.
  3. Beat eggs until well mixed. Add water and pineapple. Stir.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and sugar together well. Stir into pineapple mixture until well blended. Pour into prepared dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
