1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream
½ tsp. That's Smart! garlic powder
½ tsp. Hy-Vee cayenne pepper
1 (4-oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
Crackers, for serving

  • Medium bowl

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Fold in diced pimentos. Spoon into prepared baking dish.

  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm with crackers.
