    1 lbs. 90%-lean ground beef
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    1 c. Hy-Vee Select medium black bean and corn salsa
    4 c. Hy-Vee tostados bite-sized tortilla chips, divided
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
    ½ c. Hidden Valley Ranch
    Fresh cilantro, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain. Return ground beef to skillet. Stir in chili powder and salsa.

    3. Place 2 cups of chips on the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish. Top with half the ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Repeat layers.

    4. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
