    1 lbs.lean ground beef
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee chili powder
    1 c.Hy-Vee Select medium black bean and corn salsa
    ½ c.Hy-Vee light ranch dressing
    4 c.Hy-Vee tostados bite-sized tortilla chips, divided
    1 ½ c.Hy-Vee shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain. Return ground beef to skillet. Stir in chili powder, salsa and ranch dressing.
    3. Place 2 cups of chips on the bottom of an 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Top with half the ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese blend. Repeat layers.
    4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
