Servings and Ingredients
|1 (1.8 lb) center cut pork loin fillet|
|½ c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing|
- Place pork loin in a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag. Add Italian dressing. Seal, place in a shallow dish and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
- Remove pork from bag and pat dry with paper towels. Discard remaining Italian dressing. Place pork in a shallow pan.
- Roast at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees. Let rest 10 minutes before carving.
