⅓ c. fat-free Italian dressing | ||
16 oz. white fish, cut into 4 pieces |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8 inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- In a sealed sandwich bag, combine bread crumbs and Italian seasoning. Pour Italian dressing into a dipping dish.
- Coat fish pieces in dressing, then place in sandwich bag, one piece at a time, and shake well to coat.
- Place fish pieces in prepared baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Lightly spray tops of fish wth butter-flavored cooking spray. Serve at once.
