    6 tbsp. (1 1/2 ounces) dried fine bread crumbs
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    ⅓ c. fat-free Italian dressing
    16 oz. white fish, cut into 4 pieces

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8 inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.
    2. In a sealed sandwich bag, combine bread crumbs and Italian seasoning. Pour Italian dressing into a dipping dish.
    3. Coat fish pieces in dressing, then place in sandwich bag, one piece at a time, and shake well to coat.
    4. Place fish pieces in prepared baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Lightly spray tops of fish wth butter-flavored cooking spray. Serve at once.
