|¼ c.||Gustare Vita pesto, divided|
|1||large tomato, sliced|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese|

Pat chicken dry with paper towels; place into prepared casserole dish. Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each chicken breast, top with tomato slices and sprinkle each piece of chicken with 2 tablespoons cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. If cheese begins to over-brown, cover with aluminum foil. Allow chicken to rest 5 minutes. Serve hot.
