Baked Calico Beans
Servings and Ingredients
|1 lbs. lean ground beef|
|1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cubed cooked ham|
|4 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and crumbled|
|1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee pork and beans, undrained|
|1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee kidney beans, drained|
|1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee butter beans, drained|
|1 medium onion, chopped|
|½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar|
|½ c. Hy-Vee barbecue sauce|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar|
|2 tsp. dry mustard|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9-by-13-inch baking pan; set aside.
- Cook ground beef and drain.
- In a large bowl, stir together ground beef, ham, bacon, pork and beans, kidney beans, butter beans, onion, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, vinegar and mustard. Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
