    1 (21 oz) can Hy-Vee More Fruit apple pie filling
    1 ½ tsp. apple pie spice, divided
    6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    ½ c. Hy-Vee butter
    ½ c. Hy-Vee sugar
    ½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ½ c. Hy-Vee walnut pieces
    3 c. light homemade vanilla ice cream, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together pie filling and 1 tsp apple pie spice. Evenly spoon pie filling onto the center of each tortilla. Roll up tortillas and place seam-side-down in a greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish.
    2. In a medium saucepan, stir together butter, sugars, remaining apple pie spice and walnuts. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    3. Pour sauce over tortillas. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
    4. To serve, top each tortilla half with 1/4 cup ice cream.
