- 1/2-pint-size mason jar with lid
Place 2 tablespoons cake batter into a 1/2-pint-size mason jar. Place mason jar onto a sheet pan and bake 10 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Remove cake from oven; cool completely.
When cake is completely cool, top with frosting. Add mason jar lid to seal shut. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
