|½ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil|
|¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro|
|2 tbsp. 100% lime juice from concentrate|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey|
|2 cloves garlic, chopped|
|2 (8.8-oz.) pouches Full Circle Market 7 grain blend|
|1 c. Hy-Vee no salt added black beans, drained and rinsed|
|1 c. Hy-Vee canned no salt added whole kernel golden corn, drained|
|Hy-Vee thick & chunky salsa, for serving|
|Hy-Vee sour cream, for serving|

- Large nonstick skillet
Place vegetable oil, cilantro, lime juice, honey and garlic in a food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend for 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth. Set aside half of the sauce. Pour remaining sauce over shrimp in bowl; toss to coat.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp mixture; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp reach 145 degrees, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; set aside.
Microwave grain blend according to pkg. directions. Divide among 4 serving bowls. Top with black beans, corn, shrimp and reserved sauce. Serve with salsa and sour cream, if desired.
