    2 Hy-Vee Bakery plain bagels, sliced 1/4-inch-thick
    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    1 (6-oz.) log-shaped Brie cheese, sliced 1/4-inch-thick
    16 tsp. Hy-Vee Hickory House bacon marmalade spread, divided
    Fresh thyme, minced

    • Large baking sheet

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brush both sides of bagel slices with olive oil. Place on large baking sheet. Bake 16 to 18 minutes, flipping once.

    2. Top each toasted bagel slice with Brie and 1 teaspoon bacon marmalade. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is just melted and warmed through. Top with fresh thyme before serving.
