    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
    3 tbsp. chopped chives
    Zest of one lemon
    1 tsp. kosher salt
    4 Hy-Vee Chef Kim's homemade Alaska sockeye classic salmon patties
    4 lettuce leaves
    4 Hy-Vee Bakery hamburger buns
    1 medium red bell pepper, sliced into rings, grilled
    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and diced

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread panko on a cookie sheet and bake until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. In a small bowl, combine toasted panko crumbs with Parmesan cheese, chives, lemon zest and kosher salt; set aside.
    2. Grill salmon patties until fish becomes firm and opaque, about 5 minutes per side. Place patty on top of lettuce leaf on a bakery roll. Top salmon patty with panko mixture, grilled red pepper, diced bacon and bun top.
