    12 c. popped popcorn (1/2 cup kernels yields 12 cups)
    8 slice(s) Cooked Oscar Mayer Butcher Thick Cut Hickory Smoked Bacon, chopped
    ½ c. Planters Cocktail Peanuts, chopped
    1 packet(s) (11 oz) Kraft Caramels
    3 tbsp. milk

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 250F.
    2. Spread popcorn onto 2 rimmed baking sheets greased with cooking spray. Sprinkle with bacon and nuts.
    3. Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring every 1 minute, or until caramels are melted and sauce is well blended. Drizzle over popcorn mixture.
    4. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir. Cool completely in pans, stirring occasionally to break up large pieces.
    5. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 2 days.
