Bacon and Cheese Toasts

1 (1 pound) Take and Bake French baguette | ||
2 oz. finely shredded Hy-Vee Cheddar cheese (1/2 c.) | ||
2 oz. finely shredded Hy-Vee mozzarella (1/2 c.) | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee hickory smoked fully cooked bacon, crumbled | ||
¼ c. thinly sliced green onions |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bread into 24 (1/2-inch) slices. Arrange slices on baking sheets; set aside.
- In a small bowl stir together Cheddar, mozzarella, mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and green onions. Spread on bread slices.
- Place baking sheets in oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.
